What makes Amogha milk different from other brands?
Amogha delivers raw, unprocessed chilled milk within 12-24 hours of milking, unlike other brands where milk can be 4-5 days old and heavily processed for consistency. There's no middleman in the process, no hormonal injections are given to the buffaloes, and the milk carries no preservatives.
Is Amogha milk pasteurized?
Amogha serves "Raw Unprocessed Chilled Milk" — it's chilled to 2°C to preserve freshness rather than being heavily processed the way many packaged milk brands are.
How is the milk tested for quality and safety?
Samples are regularly checked through FSSAI-accredited laboratories for any trace of chemicals, pesticides or toxins, as part of Amogha's quality checks.
Are the buffaloes given hormones to increase milk yield?
No. Amogha's buffaloes are not given hormonal injections to boost yield — the milking follows a natural cycle, free from oxytocin and similar additives.
Is the milk collected by hand or by machine?
Milking is done using DeLaval automated milking systems, world-class dairy technology, so the milk is 100% untouched by hands and disease-free. Cattle sheds are washed multiple times a day to keep milking conditions hygienic.
Where does Amogha source its milk from?
From a single breed of buffaloes housed in select mid-size farms under 50km of the city. The fodder and well-being of the cattle is monitored under the supervision of trained veterinarians at all times.
What does the milk come packaged in?
Glass bottles. Glass is a safe, non-toxic and non-reactive packaging material compared to plastic, which can leach into food products — and it keeps the milk's chilled temperature better for longer.

How do I place an order?

Can I change my order quantity or pause deliveries, e.g. while travelling?
Yes — call or WhatsApp the Amogha Care number at least a day in advance if you want more or less quantity, or want to pause deliveries while you're away.
